1 Week till NanoWrimo!
NaNoWriMo, for those who don't know, is National Novel Writing Month (international people accepted as well, of course). The goal is to write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days. Do not expect amazing quality - though I've seen some awesome stuff come out of it. Why not give it a try? It's free!

So for those of you already doing it, hows it going? Mine's "The Satan Day Evangelist" It's kindof a satire/humor meets the odyssey? Basically ... you know howthe seventh day evangelists come door to door to convert you? Welll, one of satans "employees" goes door to door in an attempt to buy peoples souls. He gets a victim, and then the guy changes his mind and goes after him in an attempt to get it back. Very simple, I know ... I planned it that way so I could easily procure 50,000 words in 30 days. As for anything regarding character info ... or an outline? Probbbabbly not going to happen?

ok, how about an animated icon that goes (if this is too much for an animated icon, tell me and i'll try to make it less verbose, but all the text has to be is small but readable Times font, light font on black background, if that works. Rather like the above icon [which I tihnk was 8pt Courier]):

In his novel there are no plot holes,

everything resolves itself nicely,

and the guy never gets the girl. Which is a GOOD thing.

I love Todd, and Amadeus, and Nanowrimo, so all in all i agree with the words in your Livejournal...MY nano is alright--its about a cranky dead lady that dies and her family (which consists of a HUGE range of people) have to all drop their lives to come and help with the funeral and stuff-and have to deal with the estate and etc...it should be interesting methinks.

Hi! I'm not going to tall my NaNoWriMo story, because it's much less exciting than yours. However, I'd like to ask how I get that bar thing. And how I let the bar know when I've written some words. Well, I'm off to make a Halloween Billy Cecil and then a NaNoWriMo Billy Cecil. Bye!

see where the xxxx... is? ok open your profile page on the nano page, and take the (probably 5 digit) number from the end and put it where those x's are. then just put that in the img src brackets. it automomaticly updates, I believe!

I'm sure your novel will be amazingly awesome! (I'm going to sneak a way to read it ;))
