Today was my high school's alumni Band Concert, which I play in- it was fun, per usual.
Bet you thought I'd quit! Nope. Chuck Testa.
But no, actually I just had some issues with my external and had to rescan a ton of negs so I had a week off of posting. I love the lack of stress that film brings- I feel no obligation to post every single day, just to take every day.

For those of you who don't know, I play trombone in a kickin' brass band called the Dirty Water Brass Band. We have an awesome time and play a ton of very different tunes. Actually, we're up to about 40 tunes now.
Relatedly if you know anyone in the area looking for a band for Mardi Gras - we're seeking a gig.

Day Nineteen

I love my city to death, and the Zakim is one of it's bigger landmarks. I'll get some more shots over the course of this project but here's one while driving over it. Words cannot entirely explain just how proud I feel just driving over a bridge into Boston.
Love that Dirty Water, OH BOSTON you're my home.

It seems the only way to make myself actually post here is to be in an active 365 project.
So here it is. 365 days of film. I'm only going to post the main photo here, ever, if there are more I'll include a link to flickr or tumblr where the rest will be going up.
Okay, kids, let's do this.
[Sidebar: I would try and upload a "my favorites from 2011" post, but I would have to finish editing 2011 first]
