The pumpkin hardly shows up in your final product. I wonder if using the whole can would've increased its flavor to the point of being detectable. Looks yummy. My boyfriend loves pumpkin so I'm always looking for ideas to add pumpkin to things. Just saw from your tags that you're doing the 101 things in 1001 days too. Very cool. I liked your list.
