Today I ran a 5K the bar I'm somewhat standard at was hosting, which ended in a free beer garden.

Proving that I will do close to anything for free beer.

[I did 29:20, my goal was under 30]

Met up with Sally Rye at our standard meeting place: The Pourhouse

Yup, the flash came out again.

We had a discussion about salt and pepper.

T'was a good time, per usual.
