Day 213/365 [Year 2]

Called Jeff [Herr Retriever] after work and convinced him to go climbing with me.

It was awesome to get that energy out. The gym has been nice.. but its not real physical energy.

We're going to go every thursday now.

I remembered the knots and passed the belay/climb test. Haven't been in 2 years, so I'm impressed by that.

The Concept: Juli and I were discussing the lost art form of a true mix tape. From that conversation sprouted the idea of making virtual mix tapes. Sure they're not on actual tapes, but the rules remain the same; strategic planning of each side so the songs do not run over the allowed time of 30mins per side.


SO. This month's is ALL Covers. I think most of them are really different and interesting variations on the original. One or two are really similar... but done better harmonically.

I realize that many of you may not know some of the originals.
